How much do you charge for architecture design?
Our design fee is 6% of the total project cost. We provide a detailed design quote with stepped percentage payments at the beginning of each phase. No lump sum fee. This transparent approach builds confidence in our services as we progress through each phase of the project.
Who will I be dealing with on a regular basis? Is this the person who will design my project?
Our principal architect & landscape architect will oversee your project, guiding you through the design process to understand your needs & how your dream should function around you.
